How To Use Your Membership For Discounted Rounds
Q: How do I get golf discounts each time I play?
A: If you have not already done so,
register your membership and then follow these directions.
- Sign in as a member.
- Click on the map to select a state and the name of a course.
- Contact your chosen course and schedule a tee time.
- Select your preferred discount option by clicking the corresponding PRINT COUPON button.
- Select your tee time date on the calendar, and then click PRINT THIS COUPON.
That's it! Present your printed coupon when you arrive at the golf course. Make sure you have booked your tee time before you print- the coupon is valid for that day only.
Q: How many discounted rounds of golf do I get with my membership?
A: Your membership entitles you to up to four discounted passes at each participating course. With more than a thousand participating golf courses nationwide, your annual membership includes enough half-price golfing to keep you on the green every day for the entire year!
Q: Can I print out coupons for my friends to use?
A: Sorry- half-price green fees are a member privilege and may not be transferred to non-members. However, if the course you are playing has a 2-for-1 member offer, your guest need not be a Player's Pass member. When you show up for your tee time, you will need to present a picture ID to verify you are the rightful owner of the discount coupon. If you want to offer the same deep discounting to your friends, considered giving a Player's Pass membership as a gift.
Q: How frequently can I use my discounts?
A: You may use one coupon per course, per day. If you want to use more than one coupon in the same day, and have multiple participating courses in your area, you may go from course to course to get member discounts repeatedly in the same day.
Q: How do I use my membership discounts when traveling outside my local area?
A: That's the beauty of accessing your Player's Pass membership online; you have instant access to more than a thousand participating golf courses nationwide, from anywhere you have an Internet connection. Just sign in, choose your course, book a tee time, and print your coupon.
Q: What does Motorized cart rental required (each player pays their share of a cart) mean?
A: Participating courses that offer a 2-for-1 green fee coupon require motorized golf cart rental and that both golfers to pay their share of the cart.
Q: What does One Day Advanced Booking Only mean?
A: This rule, which only applies to those courses which state One Day Advanced Booking Only, means your tee time must be arranged no more than 24 hours in advance of your desired tee time.
Q: What should I do if my tee time gets rained out?
A: Since your printed coupon is valid only for the scheduled tee time date, you will need to contact Member Support if your tee time gets rained out so we can reinstate your coupon. Be sure to include your name and the name of the course you where your tee time got rained out.
